Pursuant to due call .ind notice thereof, a Special meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on t e 4th
day of November , 1987 The following members were

Councilmember Crain introduced the following Resolution and moved
Its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 87-749
RESOLUTION PERTAINING TO THE CITY ELECTION
RESULTS OF NOVEMBER 3, 1987
WHEREAS, a City Election was held on the 3rd day of November, 1987, In the City
of Plymouth, Minnesota; and
WHEREAS, this Council has canvassed the returns of said election along with all
other pertinent data relative to this election;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the results of the City Election for the Office of
Mayor are hereby certified as follows:
Virgil Schneider ...... 010901
and declare Virgil Schneider as the successful candidate for Mayor for a two (2)
year term on the City Council commencing 3anuary 1, 1986.
And FURTHER, that the results of the City Election for two (2) Council seats are
hereby certified as follows:
Lawrence Plack.......... 453
Lloyd Ricker ............ I'm
Ooyeelyn Tierney ........ 1,135
Robert "Bob" Zitur...... 1,283
and declare Robert "Bob" Zltur and Lloyd Ricker successful candidates for
Councilmember for four (4) year terms commencing 3anuery 1, 1981!.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Ma or Schneider , and upon vote being taken thereon, iT
