Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was -held on the 19th day of
October , 1987 . The following members were present:

Coun�ilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 87- 709
APPROVING FINAL PAYMENT TO MATT BULLOCK CONTRACTING
WHEREAS, Matt Bullock Contracting has completed all the work for Parkers
Lake Park Phase I Project 531, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Parks and Recreation has recommended the final
payment in the amount of $1,825 be made to Matt Bullock contracting,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the Director of Finance is authorized to make
payment in the amount of $1,825 co Matt Bullock Contracting for Parkers
Lake Park Phase I Project 531.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilmember Vasiliou , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
fol owing voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou,
Crain and Sisk

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passe adopted.
