Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 19th
day of October , 19 87 The following members were
present: Mayor Schneider. Councilmembers Vasiliou, Ziturt Crain and Sisk
The following members were absent: Nnnp
meatier Zitnr introduced the following Resolution and moved
is adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 87-705
AUTHORIZING EXPENDITURE FOR VOTING EQUIPMENT
WHEREAS, the Council has authorized the purchase of election equipment; and
WHEREAS, the total cost of the election equipment is S73,200, $36,000 of which
was previously expended; and
WHEREAS, the Council has directed the balance of $37,200 be drawn from the 1987
contingency account;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVEDBY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the amount of $37,200 be expended from the 1987
* contingency account, #101-190-899.46 for the purchase of election equipment.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
gqvigg-jimp Pr Sink and upon vote being taken thereon, tTie

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
