Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a revii1ar meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was hold on the 19th day of
October , 1987. The following members were present: ,

The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Zitur introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 87-703
ORDERING PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED VACATION OF
TRAIL EASEMENTS - CARLSON CENTER FIFTH ADDITION
LOTS 1 THROUGH 4, BLOCK 1
WHEREAS, pursuant to M.S.A. 412.851, a petition has been received by the City
Council for the vacation of the following trail easements:
That part of the North 20 feet of Lot 1, Block 1, Carlson Center
Fifth Addition, according to Document Number 4227501, Hennepin
County, Minnesota.
That part of the North 20 feet of Lot 2, Block 1, Carlson Center
Fifth Addition, according to Document Number 4227501, Hennepin
County, Minnesota.
That part of the North 20 feet of Lot 3, Block 1, Carlson Center
Fifth Addition, according to Document Numbers 4227501 and 4227503,
Hennepin County, Minnesota.
That part of the North 20 feet of Lot 4, Block 1, Carlson Center
Fifth Addition, according to Document Number 4227503, Hennepin
County, Minnesota.
AND, WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said request and found the same
to be in order;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That it should, and hereby does, establish the date of
November 16, 1987, at 7:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Plymouth City Center,
3400 Plymouth Boulevard, as the time and place for the public hearing of said
petition and directs the administrative staff to publish notice of said
hearing as provide by law.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
rQua�.m; ex Siskt and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, CouncilmembeTs Vasiliou, Zituir, ,
Crain ,gl},d .Sisk
The following voted against or abstained: Nnne
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
