HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1987-693CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 19th day of October 1987. The following members were present: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou, Zitur. Crain and Sisk The following members were absent: None Councilmember Zitur introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 87-693 RECEIVING REPORT AND ORDERING PROJECT STREET LIGHTING - PHEASANT TRAILS ADDITION WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Council adopted October 5, 1987, a report has beer, prepared by the City Engineer with reference to the improvement of Pheasant trails Addition by the installation of ornamental residential street lights and this report was received by the Council on October 19, 1987; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA; 1. The Council finds and determines that said petition was signed by all owners of real property abutting upon the streets named as the location of the improvement 2. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolution adopted October 5, 1987. The petitioners have waived their right to a public hearing. 3. The City Engineer is hereby designated as the engineer for these improvements. He shall coordinate the work which will be done by the Northern States Power Company. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Crnmci_1memher Sisk and upon vote being taken thereon, the followin&� voted in favor thereof: Manor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou, Zitur, Crain and Sisk The following voted against or abstained: None Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
