HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1987-678CITY OF PLYMOUTH 10 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a reqular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the nth day of October 1987. The following members were present: Mayor Schnei er, ouncilmembers Vasil IoU—,ZitkTr–' Crain and Sisk The` following members were absent: None Councilmember 7itur introdu.ed the followinq Resolution and moved its adopt ort: RESOLUTION NO. 97-679 AUTHORIZING REDUCTION Of SITE PERFORMANCE: GUARANTEE FOR JOHN LAVANDER FOR PARKFRS LAKE BUSINESS CENTER (86126) WHEREAS, a Site Plan for John Lavander, for Parkers Lake Business Center located at 15000 23rd Avenue North was approved under City Council Resolution No. 87-70; and WHEREAS, the developer submitted the required site performance guarantee In the form of a Letter of Credit in the amount of $85,000; and WHEREAS, the City Council under Resolution No. 87-481 authorized the reduction of the financial guarantee to $69,000; and WHEREAS, the City Council under Resolution No. 87-556 authorized the reduction of the financial guarantee to $52,800: and WHEREAS, the City Council under Resolution No. 87-638 authorized the reduction of the financial guarantee to $14,675; and WHEREAS, upon notice from the developer, City staff has inspected said site and recommends reduction of the financial guarantee: NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize that the reduction of the Letter of Credit Number S-13699 in the amount of $14,675 which was submitted to quarantee site improvements for John Lavander for Parkers Lake Business Center located at 15000 23rd Avenue North to $6,000. The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Sisk , and upon vote being taken thereon, the followinq voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou, Zitur, Crain and Sisk The fol ow ng voted against or abstained: None Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and a opte
