F7.:-ursuant to duecalland notice thereof, a ro¢ular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the`19th day of October ,
1987. The following ambers were present: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou ,
Zitur, Crain and Sisk
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 87-668
ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
WOOD CREEK ADDITION AREA
STORM SEWER IMPROVEMENTS
CITY PROJECT NO. 660
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 87-577 of the City Council adopted the 14th day of September
1987, fixed a date for a public hearing with respect to storm sewer improvements in the
Wood Creek Addition Area; and
WHEREAS, the proposed project includes the installation of storm sewer through the Wood
Creek Addition; and
WHEREAS, ten days published notice of the hearing through two weekly publications of
the required notice was given and the hearing was held thereon the 19th day of October,
1987, at which time all persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be
heard thereon;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA;
1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolution
adopted September 14, 1987 (Alternate A and channel improvement).
2. Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and Associates is designated as engineer for
the improvement. They shall prepare plans and specifications for Lne
making of such improvement.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted
in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider. Councilmembers Vasiliou. Zitur, Crain and Sisk ,
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
