Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, areguul_aar� meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the --5th- day of October1987.
The following members were present: Mayor Schneider, ouncilmembers as ou, , Zituc,
Crain and Sisk
The following members were absent: one

Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 87-665
LEVYING TAXES IN THE AMOUNT OF $7,914,509
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the operating budgets for the period commencing
January 1, 1988 and certain monies to finance said budgets are required to be raised
from taxes on taxable property in the City of Plymouth;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that the following sums of money be raised by tax on taxable property in the
City of Plymouth for the year 1988 as set out in the adopted 1988 City budgets;
General Purpose:
General Fund ................................... $5,832.,300
Infrastructure ................................. 500,096
Tort Liability ................................. 200,000
Forestry................... .................... 224,000
Total General Purpose .............
Special Levies:
City Special Assessment..... ...... $ 159,257
Housing and Redevelopment Authority............ 26,000
Storm Sewer Tax Dist. #1 - Basset Creek........ 309,730
Storm Sewer Tax Dist. #2 - Minnehaha Creek..... 110,720

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the said tax levy be certified to the County Finance
Director of Hennepin County on or before October 10, 1987.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Crain , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote - -Fn favor thereof: ayor, neider, Col- cllmembers Zitur, Crain and
Sisk
