The following members were present: Mayor Schnel er, ouncilmemhers as ou, —Zitur, Crain and Sisk The following me rs were absent: None Counclimember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 87-664 ADOPTING 1988 OPERATING BUDGETS WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the proposed budgets as prepared by the City Manager for the fiscal year commencing January 1, 1988, WHEREAS, this Council on September 14 conducted a public hearing on the proposed budgets and has further studied the budget during five public meetings, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the 1988 operating budgets for all special revenue funds and the various other funds are hereby approved and adopted: General Fund Budget $8,949,100 Recreation Fund Budget 406,700 Forestry Fund Budget 229,000 Water Fund Budget 2,076,200 Sewer Fund Budget 2,967,500 Central Equipment Fund Budget 1,226,500 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Council concurs in the 1988 Plymouth Housing and Redevelopment Authority budget in the amount of $530,100. The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Counclimember Crain , and upon vote being takenthereon, the following vo e n Tavorthereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Zitur, Crain and Sisk clew ouaiowi.ng votea against or abstained: CounclImembee Vasillou Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
