Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the Sth day of
October , 1987. The following members were present: Mayor Schneider,
' Councilmembers Vasiliou. Zitur. Crain and Sisk
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 87-662
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 4
FERNBROOK LANE IMPROVEMENTS FOR FERNBROOK ADDITION
PROJECT NO. 544
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 4 has been prepared providing for the following:
Construction of an 8' wide bituminous trail along the west side of
Fernbrook Lane from County Road 9 to the Fernbrook Woods Addition.
AND, WHEREAS, Change Order No. 4 for the Fernbrook Lane Improvements Contract,
Project No. 544 is recommei,J2d for approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: that Change Order No. 4 for Fernbrook Lane Improvements
Contract, Project No. 544 by adding $25,400.00 is approved.
Original Contract Amount $673,218.45
Previous Change Orders 87,794.55
THIS CHANGE ORDER NO. 3 - Add 25,400.00
REVISED CONTRACT AMOUNT...... $786,413.00
FURTHER, that the funds to pay the estimated cost of $25,400.00 are authorized
from the Park Dedication Fund (218-218).
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou,
Zitur. Crain and Sisk
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
