Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 5th day of October , 1987.
The following members were present: Mayor Schneider. Councilmembers Vasiliou

CoLncilmemher Sisk_ introduced the following Resolution and moved its

RESOLUTION 87-658
REJECTING ALL BIDS FOR PRINTING PLYMOUTH ON PARADE
WHEREAS, bids were received on September 14 for printing Plymouth on Parade in a five
Inch by seven inch, one -column format; and
WHEREAS, the purpose of Plymouth on Parade is to provide residents and businesses with
concise, timely information on City Council actions, City policies and City programs;
and
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that the size and format of Plymouth on Parade
will be changed to better serve that purpose; and
WHEREAS, the bids based upon the previous format are no longer applicable to the City's
needs.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE 1T HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that all bids received on September 14 for printing Plymouth on Parade are
rejected; and
FURTHER, does direct the City staff to return all bid securities from the September 14
bid to the vendors; proceed with developing new specifications for Plymouth on Parade;
and adverttsing for bids based on those specifications.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
