CITY OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a reeular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the Sth day of October ,
1987. The following members were present: Mayor Schneider. Councilmembers Vasiliou,
Zitur, Crain and Sisk
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 87-657
REJECTING BIDS
CITY CENTER CARPET
WHEREAS, bids were received for the furnishing of carpet for the City Center Building
on September 22, 1987; and
WHEREAS, three bids were received; and
WHEREAS, the bids received do not meet the specifications;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA; that all bids be rejected and the City staff is directed to re -advertise
the project for bids.
The notion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following Toted
in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou. Zitur, Crain and Sisk
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
