HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1987-653CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the Sth day of October 1987, The following members were present: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou, Zitur, Crain and Sisk The following members were absent: None Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 87- 653 REDUCING DEVELOPMENT BOND THE TEPLEY ADDITION (86078) WHEREAS, in accordance with the development contract dated November 6, 1986, Christine M. Tepley, Charles Tapley and Robert Middlemist, Jr., developers of The Tepley Addition (86078), has agreed to install certain improvements for said development; and WHEREAS, the developer has completed a portion of the street, utility and site grading as noted below; and WHEREAS, the developer has requested a reduction of the development bond to reflect the completed work; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA; that the bonding requirements are reduced as follows: STEL'! ORIGINAL AMOUNT NEW AMOUNT Street Construction $ 18,423 $ 1,842 Sanitary Sewer 12,496 -0- Watermain 13,190 -0- Storm Sever -0- -0- Boulevard and Drainage Swale Sod 2,000 1,600 Pond or Ditch Construction -0- -0- Street Signs -0- -0- Site Grading and Drainage Improvements -0- -0- Park and Trail Improvements 840 84 Design, Administration, Inspection, As -Built@ 3-63h _ 423 TOTAL $ 52,583 $ 3,949 Resolution No. 87-653 Page Two FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED that the bonding requirements for the following items per Section 8.1 of the approved development contract be reduced as follows: ITEM Maintenance of Erosion and Sediment Control Plan, Street Sweeping and Storm Sewer Cleaning Cash: Letter of Credit: ORIGINAL AMOUNT NEW AMOUNT See Grading Permit #7099 FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED that the sanitary sewer and watermain construction is accepted for continual maintenance as of Octobar 5, 1987 subject to the One Year Guarantee by the developer.
