Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the Sth day of
October , 1987. The following members were present: Mayor Schneider,
Councilmembers Vasiliou, Zitur, Crain and Sisk
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 87- 644
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER N0. 1
TYRELL 5TH ADDITION UTILITY AND STREET IMPROVEMENTS
PROJECT NO. 737
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 has been prepared providing for the following:
Description of Work:
Geotextile Fabric and two inches (2") additional aggregate base because
of wet and silty sub -base.
AND, WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 for the Tyrell 5th Addition Utility and Street
Improvements Project No. 737 is recommended for approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: that Change Order No. 1 for Tyrell 5th Addition Street and
Utility Improvements, Project No. 737 by adding $17,575.00 is approved.
Original Contract Amount $102,280.20
Previous Change Orders 0.00
THIS CHANGE ORDER NO. 1 - Add 17,575.00
REVISED CONTRACT AMOUNT...... $119,855.20
The notion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember u , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou,

on was declared duly passed and adopted.
