Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the
City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the -nth day of October , 1987. The
following members were present: Mayor Schne er, ounc11member 5 as ou Zitur,
Crain and Stsk
The
following mem rs were absent: None
Couneilmember Crain introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 87-628
SETTING CONDITION TO HE MET PRIOR TO PUBLICATION OF ORDINANCE REZONING LAND LOCATED IN
THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF SUNSET TRAIL AND COUNTY ROAD 61 (87092)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved an Ordinance rezoning certain land located
southwest of Sunset Trail and County Road 61 from FRD (future restricted development)
District to I-1 (planned industrial) District in conjunction with approval of the Final
Plat for Trammell Crow Company for Carlson Center Eighth Addition;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE 'I HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does direct the Final Plat for Carlson Center
Eighth Addition to be filed with Hennepin County prior to the publication of said
10 Ordinance.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted In fdVor thereof: yor, neider, Councilmembers Vasiliou, Zitur, Crain
and Sisk e following
voted aga nst or abstained: None Whereupon the
Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
