Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regularmeeting of the City Couneil of the
City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the _7_F_ day of October , 1987. The

Councilmember Crain Introduced the following Resolution and moved Its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 87-627
APPROVING REVISED GENERAL DEVELOPMENT PLAN AND PRELIMINARY PLAT FOR TRAMMELL CROW
COMPANY FOR CARLSON CE`1TER EIGHTH ADDITION (87092)
WHEREAS, Trammell Crow Company has requested approval for a Rezoning, Revised General
Development Plan and Preliminary Plat for Carlson Center Eighth Addition for five
Industrial lots located southwest of Sunset Trail and County Road 61; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the request at a duly called Public Hear-
ing and recommends approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE 1T HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MIN-
NESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the Revised General Development Plan and
10 Preliminary Plat for Trammell Crow Company for Carlson Eighth Addition located south-
west of Sunset Trail and County Road 61, subject to the following conditions:
1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum.
2. Removal of all dead or dying trees from the property at the owner's expense.
3. Street names shall comply with the City Street Naming System.
4. Rezoning shall be finalized with filing of the Final Plat.
5. No access shall be permitted onto County Road 61.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted In favor thereof: ayor, hneider, Councilmembers Vas1li0u, Zitur, Crain

voted against or abstained: None Whereupon the
Resolution was declared dulT—p—assed and adopted.
