Pursuant to due call and notice thereof,a regular meeting of the City Council of the
City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the �tF— day of October 1987. The

Councilmember Sisk Introduced the followinq Resolution and moved Its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 87-625
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING AND REGARDING LOT CONSOLIDATION/DIVISION
AND VARIANCE FOR LORRAINE G. MAYER (87074)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved a Lot Dtvlslon/Lot Consolidation and Variance
for Lorraine G. Mayer for property located at 404 Pineview Lane North, under Resolution
No. ;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESCLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that It should and hereby does direct the following conditions to be met
prior to filing of av,i regarding said Lot Consolidation/Division:
1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum.
2. No yard setback variances are granted or implied.
3. Compliance with Policy Resolution No. 79-80 regarding minimum floor elevations for
new structures on sites adjacent to, or containing open storm water drainage
facilities.
4. Submittal of all necessary utility easements prior to filing the Lot Division/Lot
Consolidation with Hennepin County.
5. Approved Variance for lot width of 49.91 ft. for Parcel A (Northerly Parcel).
Approval Is based upon the finding that the Subdivision Criteria have been met.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the followlrrg—
voted In favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councllmembers Vasiliou, Zitur, Crain
and Sisk Thefollowing
voted against or abstained: None Whereupon the
Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
