HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1987-618CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 5t 7 day of October, 1987. The following members were present: Mayor Schnei erd , Z`ouncilmembers as ou, Zitur, Crain and Sisk The following mem ers were absent: None Councllmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its a opt on: RESOLUTION NO. 87-618 APPROVING PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT FINAL PLAT AND DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT FOR PARKERS LAKE NORTH 3RD ADDITION FOR L. A. LAUKKA DEVELOPMENT (87036) (MPUD 83-1) WHEREAS, L.A. Laukka Development has requested approval for a Planned Unit Development Final Plan/Plat and Variance for Parkers Lake North 3rd Addition (MPUD 83-1), a plat for 103 single family residential lots located in the northeast corner of County Road 6 and Vicksburg Lane North; and, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommends approval; and, WHEREAS, the City staff has prepared a Development Contract covering the Improvements related to said plat; NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the Planned Unit Development Final Plat and Development Contract for L.A. Laukka Development for Parkers Lake North 3rd Addition located in the northeast corner of County Road 6 and Vicksburg Lane; and, FURTHER, that the Development Contract for said plat be approved, and that the Mayor and City Manager be authorized to execute the Development Contract on behalf of the City. The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the follow ng voted In favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou, Zitur, Crain and Sisk The fol o—w voted against or abstained: None Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passea and adopted.
