Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 87-614
APPROVING FINAL PLAT AND DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT FOR OSCAR NAUSTDAL FOR TRENTON PLACE
SECOND ADDITION (87083)
WHEREAS, Oscar Naustdal has requested approval for a Final Plat for Trenton Place
Second Addition, a plat for a 74 -unit apartment complex located southeast of Trenton
Lane and 45th Avenue North; and,
WHEREAS, the City staff has prepared a Development Contract covering the improvements
related to said plat;
NOW, THEREFORE HE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the Final Plat and Development
Contract for Oscar Naustdal for Trenton Place Second Addition located southeast of
Trenton Lane and 45th Avenue North; and,
FURTHER, that the Development Contract for said plat be approved, and that the Mayor
and City Manager be authorized to execute the Development Contract on behalf of the
City.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Crain , and upon vote bein-1 taken thereon, the following

Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
