The following members were present: Mayor Schnei er�ncilmembers a� siiiou, 2itur, Crain and Sisk The following me ers were a sP.,L: None fiiFk cwt ar• Councilmember Sisk introduced the following_ Resolution and moved Its a opton: RESOLUTION NO. 87-613 APPROVING VARIANCE FROM THE URBAN DEVELOPMENT POLICY FOR RUSSELL BOULEY, FOR HAMFL BUILDING CENTER (87051) WHEREAS, Russell Bouley has requested approval for a Variance from the Urban Development Policy for the Hamel Building Center, 18710 Highway 55, to allow the construction of a storage building to house building materials on the site; and, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommends approval; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request by Russell Bouley for a Variance from the Urban Development Policy for the Hamel Buildinq Center, to allow the construction of a storage building to house building materials on the site located at 18710 Highway 55, based on the following: 1. A waiver is granted from Resolution No. 75-664, on the basis that the proposed building Is found to be accessory In nature and does not represent an enlargement or expansion of a non -conforming use. 2. A Site Plan and Conditional Use Permit must be submitted and approved prior to the issuance of the Building Permit.
