Councilmember Sisk introduced the following_ Resolution and moved Its

RESOLUTION NO. 87-613
APPROVING VARIANCE FROM THE URBAN DEVELOPMENT POLICY FOR RUSSELL BOULEY, FOR HAMFL
BUILDING CENTER (87051)
WHEREAS, Russell Bouley has requested approval for a Variance from the Urban
Development Policy for the Hamel Building Center, 18710 Highway 55, to allow the
construction of a storage building to house building materials on the site; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommends approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request by Russell Bouley for a
Variance from the Urban Development Policy for the Hamel Buildinq Center, to allow the
construction of a storage building to house building materials on the site located
at 18710 Highway 55, based on the following:
1. A waiver is granted from Resolution No. 75-664, on the basis that the proposed
building Is found to be accessory In nature and does not represent an enlargement
or expansion of a non -conforming use.
2. A Site Plan and Conditional Use Permit must be submitted and approved prior to the
issuance of the Building Permit.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
