CITY OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
�,. City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the Sth day
of October , 1987. The following members were present:
Mayor Schneider, CouncilmembersVasiliou Zitur, Crain and Sisk

C_osnci member_Crain introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 87-612
ADOPTING ASSESSMENT
1987 WEED ERADICATION AND DESTRUCTION
ROLLS 1, 2 AND 3
WHEREAS, pursuant to proper notice duly given as required by law, the Council
has met and heard and passed upon all objections to the proposed assessments
for 1987 weed eradication and destruction charges (Roll 1, 2 s 3) as provided
for by the City Ordinances and has amended such proposed assessment as it
deems just;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1.
Such proposed assessment, a copy of which is attached hereto and
made a part thereof, is hereby accepted and shall constitute the
special assessment against the land named therein and each tract
of land herein included is hereby bound to be identified by the
amount of the assessment levied against it.
2.
Such assessments shall be payable over a period of one year.
3.
Assessments may be paid in full to the City of Plymouth Finance
Director by November 5, 1987 without additional charge. After
November 5, 1987 daily interest charge. based on an annual:. rate of
B.00t starting on October 5, 1987 will bedue in addition to the
levied assessment. The. last date a payment can be accepted by the

City of .Plymouth is November 15, 1987. After that date interest
shall be added from the date of this resolution until December 31,
1988 and payment can only be made to Hennepin County with the 1988
property taxes.
4.
The clerk shall forthwith transmit a certified duplicate of this
assessment to the County Finance Director to be extended on the
proper tax lists of the County and such assessments shall be
collected and paid over the same manner as other municipal taxes.
5.
The total cost of the 1987 weed eradication and destruction
charges Rolls 1, 2 and 3 assessed by this resolution are
$4,521.88.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Copncilmember
Sisk , and upon vote being takenthereon, the
following
voted in favor thereof: mayor Schneider. Councilmembers Vasiliou,
Crain
and Sisk
The following voted against .or abstained: None
Whereupon
the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
