Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, d rhe ular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 5th
day of October , 19 87 .The following mem—`hers were

Rosa"ouncilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved

RESOLUTION NO. 87-610
APPROVING ON -SALE NON -INTOXICATING
MALT LIQUOR LICENSE FOR LATUFF'S PIZZERIA
WHEREAS, application for On -Sale Non -Intoxicating Malt Liquor License has been
received from Michael Latuff to be held in conjunction with Latuff's Pizzeria,
11333 Highway 55, for consideration and approval by the Plymouth City Council In
accordance with Plymouth City Code, Chapter XII, Section 1210;
WHEREAS, all fees have been paid, and the Police Department has Investigatedthe
applicant and finds no reason to deny the license;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that an On -Sale Non -Intoxicating Malt Liquor License be
approved for the period October 6, 1987 through June 30, 1988 for Michael
Latuff, Ldtuff's Pizzeria, 11333 Highway 55.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
