COnnCi1me111ber Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adopt on:
RESOLUTION NO. 87-607
UESIGNATING THE BALANCE OF ALL REVENUE SHARING FUNDS
INCLUDING INTEREST EARNINGS
WHEREAS, the City Council has developed a Capital Improvement Program; and
WHEREAS, a City Center expansion is proposed within the Capital Improvement Program;
and
WHEREAS, funding sources are needed to finance construction of the public safety
department; and
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth has General Revenue Sharing Funds including interest
earnings of approximately $454,000;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that all General Revenue Sharing Funds including interest earnings are
hereby designated to fund the proposed expansion of the City Center building.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken tFe—re—o—n,—tre-
