Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the
City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on t� day of September , 1987. The

Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 87-606
APPROVING RENEWAL FOR CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR WILLIAM DEZIEL FOR HOLLYDALE GOLF
COURSE (86132)
WHEREAS, William DeZiel has requested a renewal of the Conditional Use Permit for the
addition to the Hollydale Golf Course clubhouse that was approved by the City Council
under Resolution No. 87-01 on January 5, 1987; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommends approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MIN-
NESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request to renew the Conditional Use
Permit for William DeZiel for the addition to the Hollydale Golf Course clubhouse at
4710 Holly Lane, subject to the following conditions:
1. The permit is subject to all applicable codes, regulations and Ordinances, and
violation thereof shall be grounds for revocation.
2. The permit is issued to the William Deziel ,s operator of the facility and shall
not be transferable.
3. The site shall be maintained in a sanitary manner.
4. All parking shall be restricted to appropriate designated areas on the site and no
parking shall be permitted on the public right-of-way.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, t e o ow ng
