Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 21st day of
September , 1987. The following members were present:

Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 87-605
RECEIVE REVISED PRELIMINARY ENGINEERING REPORT AND
APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
AND ORDERING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
REVERE LANE IN TRENTON PLACE 2ND ADDITION
PROJECT NO. 517
WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution passed by the City Council as follows:
Project No. 517 - Revere Lane in Trenton Place 2nd Addition
Resolution No. 87-604; September 21, 1987
the City's consulting engineer, Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and Associates,
Inc., has prepared plans and specifications for bituminous street with concrete
curb and gutter, sanitary sewer and watermain, storm sewer and all necessary
appurtenances; and
WHEREAS, the consulting engineer has presented such plans and specifications to
the Council for approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. Such specifications, a copy of which is attached hereto and made
a part hereof, are hereby approved.
2. The City Engineer shall prepare and cause to be inserted in the
official paper and in The Construction Bulletin an advertisement
for bids upon the making of such improvement ander such approved
plans and specifications. The advertisement shall be published
for two days, shall specify the work to be done, shall state that
bids will be received by the City Clerk until 10:00 a.m, on
October 22, 1987, at which time they will be publicly opened in
the Council Chambers of the Plymouth City Center building at 3400
Plymouth Boulevard, Plymouth, Minnesota, by the City Manager and
that no bids will be considered unless sealed and filed with the
City Clerk and accompanied by a cash deposit, cashier's check,
bid bond or certified check payable to the City Clerk for five
percent of the amount of such bid.
The motion for the adoption of .the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
followingvotedin favor thereof: Mayor Schneider. Councilmembers Vasiliou.
