Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 21st day of
September 1987. The following members were present; M Schneider.

Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 87-604
RECEIVING REVISED REPORT AND ORDERING PROJECT NO. 517
REVERE LANE WITHIN OUTLOT C, "TRENTON PLACE FIRST ADDITION"
(TRENTON PLACE PHASE II)
STREET AND UTILITIES
WHEREAS, the developers of Trenton Place First Addition have petitioned the
City to install a 7 ton bituminous street with concrete curb and gutter,
drainage facilities, sanitary sewer and watermain, and all necessary
appurtenances on Revere Lane within Outlet C of said Trenton Place First
Addition (Trenton Place Phase II); and
WHEREAS, a preliminary engineering report for Project No. 517 was ordered on
January 7, 1985 by the City Council and said report was presented to the City
Council on February 25, 1985; this revised report updates this cost estimate;
and
WHEREAS, the developer and owner have waived their rights to a public
improvement hearing and are owners of 100% of the property proposed to be
assessed;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. Such improvements are hereby ordered as proposed in the
Preliminary Engineering Report of Project 517; and the petitioner
has waived his rights to a public hearing.
2. Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik 6 Associates are hereby designated as
the engineer for the improvement. They shall prepare plans and
specifications for the making of such improvement.
3. The construction contract will not be awarded until the owners of
Trenton Place First Addition Phase II enter into a developer's
agreement with the City of Plymouth.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider Coancilmembers Vasiliou.

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
