Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular matting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota won hold on the 21st day of Seateln er

Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 87-603
RECEIVE AND APPROVE REQUEST FOR STREET GRADE VARIANCE
FERNBROOK WOODS ADDITION
CITY PROJECT NO. 720
WHEREAS, Mary Anderson Construction Company has requested a variance to the Subdivision
Code to allow a street grade of 7.92 on Ithaca Lane for approximately 200 feet; and
WHEREAS, this variance has been reviewed and it is recommended for approval by the City
Engineer; and
WHEREAS, the purpose of the variance is to preserve trees on either side of the street;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA; That the variance to allow a 7.92 grade on approximately 200 feet of Ithaca
Lane within the Fernbrook Woods Additior. is approved.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur and upon vote being taken thereon, the fallowing voted
in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers VasiIiou, Zitur, Crain
Nk and Sisk
The following voted against or abstained: Nene
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
