Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a re¢ular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 21st day of
September , 1987. The following members were present: Mayor Schneider_
The tollowing members were absent: None
Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 87-600
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 1
T.H. 101 AND FERNBROOK LANE TRAILS
PROSECT NO. 724
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 has been prepared providing for the following:
Addition of a concrete retaining wall along State Hwy. 101 and
additional stone retaining wall on Fernbrook Lane. New pedestrian
ramps in various parts of the City are being added to existing trail
street crossings. Also, portions of the proposed .trail are being
removed from the contract because the present developer will be doing
the work.
AND, WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 for the T. H. 101 and Fernbrook Lane Trail
Improvements Contract, Project No. 724 is recommended for approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: that Change Order No. 1 for T. H. 101 and Fernbrook Lane
Trail Improvements Contract, Project No. 724 by adding $16,288.00 is approved.
Original Contract Amount $124,165.25
Previous Change Orders -0-
THIS CHANGE ORDER NO. 1 - Add 16,288.00
REVISED CONTRACT AMOUNT...... $140,453.25
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur _, and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou,
Zitur. Crain and Sisk
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
