HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1987-595CITY OF ca.iKOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 21st day of September , 1987. The following members were present: rtavor Schneider. Councilmembers Vasiliou, 2itur Crain and Sisk The following members were absent: None Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 87- 595 RECEIVING PETITION AND ORDERING PRELIMINARY ENGINEERING REPORT 4630 FERNBROOK LANE (Pin No. 10-118-22-33-0006) WHEREAS, a petition was submitted by Jerry Fisher, 4630 Fernbrook Lane; and WHEREAS; said petition was received by the Council on September 21, 1987; and WHEREAS, said petition was for the installation of sanitary sewer on Fernbrook Lane and all necessary appurtenances together with previously installed trunk sewer lines; and WHEREAS, the petitioner has waived his rights to public improvement. hearings and assessment hearings; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: 1. That the proposed improvement be referred to the City Engineer for a study and that he is instructed to report to the City Council with all convenient speed in advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed in connection with some other improvement, and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended.
