HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1987-593CITY OF PLYM UTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 21st day of September , 1987. The following members were present: Mayor Schneider, Council members Vasiliou, Zitur Crain and Sisk The following members were absent: None Councilmember Sisk Introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 87-593 SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING OF AND RELATED TO FINAL PLAT FOR TYRELL SIXTH ADDITION FOR HANS HAGEN HOMES (87105) (RPUD 79-2) WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the Final Plat and Development Contract for Tyrell Sixth Addition as requested by Hans Hagen Homes; A. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MIN- NESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the following to be met, prior to recording of, and related to said plat: 1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum. 2. Payment of park dedicaton fees -in -lieu of dedic,+tion in accordance with City Policy in effect at the time of filing the Final Plat. 3. No Building Permits shall be issued until a Contract has been awarded for the con- struction of municipal sewer and water. 4. Removal of all dead or dying trees from the property at the owner's expense. 5. No yard setback variances are granted or implied. 6. Submittal of required utility and drainage easements as approved by the City Engineer prior to filing the Final Plat. 7. No Building Permits to be issued until the Final Plat is filed and recorded with Hennepin County. 8. Appropriate legal documents regarding Homeowner Association covenants and restric- tions as approved by the City Attorney, shall be filed with the Final Plat. 9. The Final Plat mylars shall contain a statement noting that the plat is part of the approved RPUD 79-2, per Section 9 of the Zoning Ordinance. The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Zitu.- , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou, Zitur, Crain and Sisk The following voted against or abstained: None Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
