Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the
City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the21st day of September , 1987. The
following members were present: Mayor Schnei er, ouncilmembers as ou, Zitue, Crain
and Sisk

Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its

RESOLUTION NO. 87-592
APPROVING FINAL PLAT AND DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT FOR TYRELL SIXTH ADDITION FOR HANS HAGEN
HOMES (87105) (RPUD 79-2)
WHEREAS, Hans Hagen Homes has requested approval for a Final Plat for Tyrell Sixth
Addition (RPUD 79-2), a plat for 13 single family residential lots at Minnesota Lane
and 46th Avenue North; and,
WHEREAS, the City staff has prepared a Development Contract covering the improvements
related to said plat;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the Final Plat and Development
Contract for Hans Hagen Homes for Tyrell Sixth Addition (RPUD 79-2) located at
Minnesota Lane and 46th Avenue North; and,
FURTHER, that the Development Contract for said plat be approved, and that the Mayor
and City Manager be authorized to execute the Development Contract on behalf of the
City.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur , andupon vote being taken thereon, t e o ow nq
