Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, arh�e ulaar�r meeting of the City Council of the
City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 21st day of Se tember , 1987. The

Crain and Sisk

Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 87-589
APPROVING FINAL PLAT AND DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT FOR FERNBOOK WOODS FOR MARVIN H. ANDERSON
CONSTRUCTION COMPANY (87018)
WHEREAS, Marvin H. Anderson Construction Company has requested approval for a Final
Plat for Fernbrook Woods, a plat for 43 single family residential lots and four outlots
located at Fernbrook Lane and 47th Avenue North; and,
WHEREAS, the City staff has prepared a Development Contract covering the improvements
related to said plat;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that It should and hereby does approve the Final Plat and Development
Contract for Marvin H. Anderson Construction Company for Fernbrook Woods located at
Fernbrook Lane and 47th Avenue North; and,
FURTHER, that the Development Contract for said plat be approved, and that the Mayor
and City Manager be authorized to execute the Development Contract on behalf of the
City.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the fiolTomw Rno

Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
