Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 21st day
of September 1987. The following members were present:

Councilmember Crain introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 87- 586
AUTHORIZING THE VACATION OF
A PORTION OF REVERE LANE
TRENTON PLACE FIRST ADDITION - OUTLOT "C"
WHEREAS, a petition was received to vacate a portion of Revere Lane easements
in Outlot "C", Trenton Place First Addition September 21, 1987; and
WHEREAS, a notice of publication of said hearing was published and posted two
weeks prior to the meeting of September 21, 1987; and
WHEREAS, the Council did hold a public hearing on September 21, 1987 to inform
any and all interested parties relevant to the said vacation; in accordance
with Minnesota Statutes 412.851 as amended; and
WHEREAS, it was determined by the City Council that said street is no longer
needed for public purposes;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the following street is hereby vacated:
Right of way easement over that part of premises lying 25 feet on each
side of the following described line: Commencing at the Northeast corner
of Outlot C, Trenton Place First Addition; thence West along the North
line thereof a distance of 71.00 feet to the point of beginning of the
line to be described; thence South 2° 29' 05" East a distance of 30 feet,
thence Southerly along a curve concave to the West, having a central angle
of 7° 56' and a Radius of 504.74 feet, a distance of 69.89 feet, thence
South 5° 26' 55" Wast, a distance of 245 feet, thence Southerly along a
curve concave to the East having a central angle of 7° 50' 44" and a
Radius of 1166.63 feet, a distance of 159.75 feet, thence South 2° 23' 49"
East a distance of 417.35 feet and there terminating, and A Temporary
easement for constuction purposes over, under, across and through that
part of the above described parcel lying 40 feet on each side of the above
described line as granted in Document No. 5098994.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou,
Zitur- Crain and Sisk
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
