Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City Council of the
City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 14th day of September , 1987. The
following members were present: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou. Zitur
Crain and Sisk The
following members were absent: None
Councilmember Zitur introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 87-584
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING FINAL REPORT REGARDING SENIOR HOUSING IN THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH BY
QUALITY DECISIONS, INC.
WHEREAS, the City Council under Resolution No. 86--790 authorized an agreement with
Quality Decisions, Inc., for the preparation of a Senior Housing Market Analysis; and,
WHEREAS, the report was developed in concert with the Housing and Redevelopment
Authority (HRA) and with a volunteer task force; and,
WHEREAS, the Housing and Redevelopment Authority (HRA) accepted the final report at the
August 13, 1987 meeting and recommended the same action to the City Council;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCTIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does accept the Final Report, "An Assessment for
the Need for Senior Housinq in the City of Plymouth" by Quality Decisions, Inc., dated
August, 1987, and direct that the report be placed on file.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by _
Councilmember Vasiliou , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider Councilmembers Vasiliou, Zitur, Crain
and Sisk The Bowing
voted against or abstained: None Whereupon the
Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
