Council member Zitur Introduced the followinq Resolution and moved

RESOLUTION NO. 97-591
RESCINDING POLICY CONCERNING REVIEW OF
LOANS -TO -LENDERS FINANCING REot1EST5
WHEREAS, the City Council has directed that Ita policy manual be periodically
reviewed and updated= and
WHEREAS, It has previously been determined by the City Council that the City of
Plymouth will not continue to develop and administer programs of multifamily
housing development by the terms of Minnesota Housing Bond Act, Chapter "K as
amended=
NOW, THEREFORE, BE 1T HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the Policy Concerning Review of loans -To -Lenders
Financing Requests is rescinded In its entirety.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Couneilmember Vasillou , and upon vote being taken thereon, die
