Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 14th day of
September , 1987. The following members were present:
Mayor Schneider. Councilmembers Vasiliou, Zitur. Crain and Sisk
The following members were absent: None
.ouncilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:

CALLING FOR HEARING ON IMPROVEMENTS
PROJECT N0. 660
WOODCREEK ADDITION AREA DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENT
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution of. the Council adopted October 6, 1986 a report
has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates, Inc. with
respect to drainage improvements in the Woodcreek Addition Area.
WHEREAS, the proposed projects include installation of storm sewer, channel
construction, and all necessary appurtenances; and
WHEREAS, said reports were received by the Council on July 6, 1987; and
WHEREAS, the City Council directed that the Assessment Committee make a
recommendation for proposed assessments and the Committee has made a
recommendation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. The Council will consider the improvements of such project in
accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting and
adjacent property within the BC -91 drainage area as designated in
the City's Storm Drainage Plan for all or a portion of the cost
of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Section
429.011 to 429.111 (Law of 1953, Chapter 398 as amended) at an
estimated total cost of the improvement of $85,810.
2. A public hearing shall be held an such proposed improvement on
the 19th day of October, 1987 in the Council Chambers of the City
Hall at 3400 Plymouth Boulevard, Plymouth, Minnesota at 7:30 p.m.
and the Clerk shall give mailed and published notice of such
hearing and improvement as required by law.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Vasiliou , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou,
Zitur, Crain and Sisk
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
