Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a sgecial meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 14th day
of September , 1987. The following members were present:
Mayor Schneider. Councilmembers Vasiliou, Zitur, Crain and Sisk
The following members were absent: None

Councilmember Zitur introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 87-574
ORDERING PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED VACATION OF
CERTAIN STREET b UTILITY EASEMENTS
WAGNER ADDITION
WHEREAS, pursuant to M.S.A. 412.851, Wagner, Inc. has petitioned the City
Council for the vacation of the following utility and street easements:
Doc. No. 1600382 (PARCELS A, B, and C)
A perpetual utility and drainage easement over, under and across the north 6.0
feet, the east 10.0 feet of the west 50.0 feet and the north 10.0 feet of the
south 40.0 feet of the following described tract:
The north 911.99 feet of the West Half of the West Half of the
Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 27, Township
118, Range 22, Hennepin County, Minnesota.
Together with a perpetual utility and drainage easement over, under and
across the north 6.0 feet of the following described tract:
That part of the north 625.00 feet of the west 660.00 feet of the
Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 27, Township 118,
Range 22, Hennepin County, Minnesota, lying east of the east line of the
West Half of the West Half of said Northwest Quarter of Southwest
Quarter.
Together with a perpetual utility and drainage easement over, under and across
the north 6.0 feet, the south 10.0 feet and the west 6.0 feet of the South
597.76 feet of the following described tract:
That part of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter, Section 27,
Township 118, Range 22, described as beginning at the northeast corner
of the West 660.00 feet of said Northwest Quarter of the Southwest
Quarter; thence South along the east line of the west 660.00 feet of
said Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter to the northerly
right-of-way line of Interstate Highway No. 494, as described in Book
68, page 3730193 (Parcel 21) office of the County Recorder; thence
easterly along said northerly right-of-way line to the westerly
right-of-way line of said Interstate Highway No. 494; thence northerly
along said westerly right-of-way line to the north line of said
Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter; thence west along said north
line to the point of beginning.

feet of the North 911.99 feet of the West Half of the West Half of the
Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 27, Township 118, Range
22, Hennepin County, Minnesota
and
A perpetual street and utility easement over, under and across the South 30.00
feet of the North 911.99 feet of the West Half of the West Half of the
Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 27, Township 118, Range
22, Hennepin County, Minnesota, and also over, under and across that part of
the North 911.99 feet of the West Half of the West Half of the Northwest
Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of said Section 27 lying within the
circumference of a circle having a radius of 50.00 feet, the center of said
circle is the Southeast corner of said parcel

A utility and drainage easement over, under and across the East 20.0 feet of
that part of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 27,

feet of the south 262.99 feet of the following described tract:
The westerly 131.19 feet of the south 286.99 feet of the north 911.99
feet of the East Half of the West Half of the Northwest Quarter of the
Southwest Quarter of Section 27, Township 118, Range 22, Hennepin
County, Minnesota (the "Tract").
Together with a perpetual utility and drainage easement over, under and across
the North 10.0 feet of the south 40.0 feet of the above described Tract.
Together with a perpetual utility and drainage easement over, under and across
that part of the above described Tract lying within the circumference of a
circle having a radius of 60.0 feet, the center of said circle being a point on
the south line of the above described Tract distant 100.0 feet east of the
southwest corner of said Tract, Less and Except that part of said circle
covered by the easement described in paragraph 5 hereof.
Together with a perpetual street easement over, under and across the south 30.0
feet of the above described Tract.

A permanent esement for utility and drainage purposes over, under and across
the west, north and est 6.00 feet of the following described tract:
That part of the West 660 feet of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest
Quarter of Section 27, Township 118, Range 22, Hennepin County,
Minnesota lyin; North of lthe center line of County Road No. 6 and east
of the east line of the West Half of the West Half of said Northwest
Quarter of the Southwest Quarter except the North 655 feet thereof, and
except the West 131.19 feet of the North 256.99 feet of the above
describved property, according to the Government Survey thereof.
Together with a permanent utility and drainage easement over, under and across
that part of the above described tract which lies 10.00 feet northerly of the
northerly right-of-way lines of County Road No. 6 and Interstate Highway No.
494.
Together with a perpetual utility and drainage easement over, under and across
that part of the above described tract lying within the circumference of a
circle having a radius of 60.00 feet, the center of said circle is a point on

Together with a perpetual utility and drainage easement over, under and across
that part of the above described tract.
Said easement being the north 10.00 feet of the south 60.00 feet
N reof.
A perpetual easement for street purposes only over and across the following
described parcel of land lying and being in the County of Hennepin and State of
Minnesota described as follows to wit:
The North 33 feet of the following described parcel: That part of the
West 660 feet of the Northwest 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 27
Township 118 Range 22, lying North of the Center Line of County Rd. N0.
6 and Est of the East line of the West 1/2 of the West 1/2 of said
Northwest 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4.
AND, WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said request and found the same to
be in order;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That it should, and hereby does, establish the date of
October 19, 1987 at 7:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Plymouth City Center,
3400 Plymouth Boulevard, as the time and place for the public hearing of said
petition and directs the administrative staff to publish notice of said hearing
as provided by law.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmemher Vasiliou , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou,
Zitur. Crain and Sisk
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
