Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City Council of the
City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 14th day of September , 1987. The
following members were present: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou, Zitur,
Crain and Sisk The
following members were absent: None
Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 87-560
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING AND REGARDING LOT CONSOLIDATION/DIVISION
FOR BRUCE HERTZENBERG (87096)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved a Lot Consolidation/Division for Bruce
Hertzenberg for property located at 115 Quaker Lane under Resolution No. 559 ;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MIN-
NESOTA, that it should and hereby does direct the following conditions to be met prior
to filing of and regarding said Lot Consolidation/Division:
1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum.
2. No yard setback variances are granted or implied.
3. Compliance with Policy Resolution No. 79-80 regarding minimum floor elevations for
new structures on sites adjacent to, or containing open storm water drainage
facilities.
4. Payment of park dedication fees -in -lieu of dedication prior to issuance of Build-
ing Permit in accordance with City Policy in effect at the time of filing of the
Consolidation/Division.
5. No Building Permit to be issued until the Lot Consolidation/Division is filed with
Hennepin County.
6. Submittal of all necessary utility easements prior to filing Lot Consolidation/
Division with Hennepin County.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Crain , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider Councilmembers Vasiliou Zitur, Crain
and Sisk The following
voted against or abstained: None Whereupon the
Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
