HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1987-559CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a, s ecial�. meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 14th day of September , 1987. The following members were present: Mayor Schneider— Touncilmembers VaSiliou, Zitur, Crain and Sisk The following mem ers were absent: None Councilmember Sisk Introduced the following Resolution and moved Its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 87-559 APPROVING LOT CONSOLIDATION/DIVISION FOR BRUCE HERTZENBERG (87096) WHEREAS, Bruce Hertzenberg has requested approval for Lot Consolidation/Division to divide a platted lot creating three parcels which exceed the minimum design requirements for the R -1A Zoning District, located at 115 Quaker Lane North; NOW, THEREFORE, BE 1T HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MIN- NESOTA, that It should and hereby does approve the following: EXISTING LEGAL DESCRIPTION Lots 9 and 10, Block 1, Pheasant Hills Addition, Hennepin County, Minnesota AND part of vacated Quaker Lane To be Consolidated and Divided as follows: PARCEL 1: The north 135.75 feet of Lot 10, Block 1, subject to Quaker Lane. Together with Remnant -- The south 7.00 feet of Lot 9, Block 1, Pheasant Hills Addition. PARCEL 2: Lot 10, except the north 135.75 feet thereof, along with that part of vacated Quaker Lane lying south and westerly of a line perpendicular to the west right-of- way of Quaker Lane extended from the southeast corner of Lot 10, Block 1, subject to Quaker Lane. Parcel 3: That part of Lot 9, Block 1, Pheasant Hills Addition, lying north of the south 7.00 feet thereof. FURTHER, that the City Manager be authorized to make the necessary special assessment corrections based upon City Policy when the division is approved by Hennepin County. The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Couneilmember Crain , and upon vote being taken thereon, the o ow nq voted n favorthereof: Mayor 5chneider Councilwewbers Vasiliou Iitur, Crain and Sisk Ine rollowinq voted against or abstained: None Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
