Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City Council of the
City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 14th day of September , 1987. The
following members were present: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou, Zitur,
Crain and Sisk The
following members were absent: None
Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 87-554
APPROVING PRELIMINARY PLAT FOR DELMER L. WEAVER FOR WEAVER ADDITION (87081)
WHEREAS, Delbert L. Weaver has requested approval for a Preliminary Plat and Variance
for Weaver Addition for eight single family residential lots located north of 26th
Avenue North and Shadyview Lane and for retention of an accessory structure on a lot
without a principal building; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the request at a duly called Public Hear-
ing and recommends approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE. IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MIN-
NESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the Preliminary Plat for Delmer L.
Weaver for Weaver Addition for eight single family residential lots located north of
26th Avenue North and Shadyview Ldoe, subject to the following conditions:
1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum.
2. Removal of all dead or dying trees from the property at the owner's expense.
3. Payment of park dedication fees -in -lieu of dedication in accordance with the
Dedication Policy in effect at the time of filing the Final Plat.
4. Street names shall comply with the City Street Naming System.
5. Compliance with Policy Resolution No. 79-80 regarding minimum floor elevations for
new structures in subdivisions adjacent to, or containing any open storm water
drainage facility.
6. No Building Permits shall be issued until the Final Plat is filed and recorded
with Hennepin County.
7. Lots 3 and 4 are to be final platted as one lot, as proposed by the petitioner;
thus a variance is not required relative to the accessory bulldinq.
8. No other variances are granted or implied.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote beinq taken thereon, the foltow nq
voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider Councllmembers Vasiliou Zltur, Crain and
Sisk The following
voted against or abstained: None Whereupon the
Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
