Pursuant to due call and notice thereofe a special noting of the City Council
of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was hold on the 24th day of August 191z—.

Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 87-551
APPROVING 1987 CIGARETTE LICENSE APPLICATIONS
WHEREAS, applications for 1987 Cigarette Licenses have been received from the
parties listed below in accordance with Chapter SI, Section 1150.01 of the
City Code:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the cigarette license applications from the parties
listed below be approved for the period of August 25, 1987, through December 31,
1987:
Essex Court
505 Cty Rd. #18
Scanticon-Minneapolis
3131 Campus Dr.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon. the fo oW ng vo ed

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
