HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1987-547CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a 5pecial meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on t day of August , 1987. The following members were present: Mayor Schneider. Councilmembers Vasiliou, Zitur, —The following me rs were absent: None rgunpilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 87-547 APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR MONTESSORI SCHOOL OF WAYZATA BAY (87085) WHEREAS, St. Barnabas Lutheran Church has requested a Conditional Use Permit for the Montessori School of Wayzata Bay to operate a day care at the church located at 15600 County Road 9; and, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called Public Hearing and recommends approval; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MIN- NESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request for St. Barnabas Lutheran Church for a Conditional Use Permit for Montessori School of Wayzata Bay located at 15600 County Road 9, subject to the following conditions: 1. The permit is subject to all applicable codes, regulations and Ordinances, and violation thereof shall be grounds for revocation. 2. The permit Is issued to the Montessori School of Wayzata Bay as operator of the facility and shall not be transferable. 3. The site shall be maintained In a sanitary manner. 4. Any signage shall conform with the City Ordinance standards. 5. The permit shall be renewed in one year to assure compliance wi'.h the conditions. 6. A copy of the current State license shall be provided prior to Issuance of the Permit and shall be kept on file with the City. 7. Compliance with applicable Building and Fire Code requirements shall be verified by the City prior to Permit Issuance. 8. All parking shall be off-street In designated areas which comply with the Zoning Ordinance. The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by and upon vote being taken thereon, t eo ow ng` vo e n favor thereof: Mayor Schneider Councilmembers Vasiliou, Zitur, Crain ego loTq vote aga nst or abstained: None Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
