Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City Council of the
City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 24th day of�Au ust , 19 87. The

Zitur introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 87-546
APPROVING SIGN VARIANCE FOR WELSH COMPANIES (87080)
WHEREAS, Welsh Companies, Inc. has requested approval of a Sign Variance in order to
have more than one wall sign on the building located at 9750 County Road 9; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request for a Sign Variance to
allow more than one wall sign per the plans staff dated July 7, 1987, on the building
at 9750 County Road 9, subject to the following conditions:
1. Unique circumstances involving this specific project include inaccurate
Information about Sign Ordinance standards conveyed by the City to the petitioner
and the revision of original plans, per Ordinance standards, due to extreme soil
conditions on this site.
2. A hardship resulted when the petitioner acted in good faith, upon information
received, and entered into lease agreements.
3. All Signage shall be in accordance with the submitted plans, exclusively. No
other signs shall be allowed on the site.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
