City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 24th day of August , 1987. The

Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 87-544
APPROVING VARIANCE FOR WILLIAM AND SEAN PUCEL, 5705 EVERGREEN LANE (87076)
WHEREAS, Willlam and dean Pucel have requested approval for a Variance to allow the
construction of an accessory building on a lot without a principal structure, located
on an island in Bass Lake; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request, and recommends approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that It should and hereby does approve the request for William and Jean
Pucel, 5705 Evergreen Lane North, for a Variance to allow the construction of an
accessory building on a lot without a principal structure, located on an island in Bass
Lake, subject to the following conditions:
1. The variance criteria have been met.
2. A covenant, approved by the City Attorney shall be filed on the property
encumbering its use for a building that is accessory to the petitioner's primary
lot and building, prior to issuance of a building permit.
3. The building is for accessory uses only. No habitation by animals or humans is
allowed.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by

voted against or abstained: None Whereupon the
Resolution was declared duly passed and a opte
