HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1987-542CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 24th day of August , 1987. The following members were present: Mayor Schneider, Councilmen ers asi lou, Zitur, _ gain and Sisk The following members were absent: None Councilmember Sisk Introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 87-S42 APPROVING REVISED SITE PLAN AND CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR MORTENSON DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION (87067) WHEREAS, Mortenson Development Corporation has requested approval of a Revised Site Plan and Conditional Use Permit for a 20,310 sq. ft. office building to be located northwest of County Road 9 and County Road 18; and, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called Public Hearing and recommends approval; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MIN- NESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request for Mortenson Development Corporation for a revised Site Plan and Conditional Use Permit for a 20,310 sq. ft. office building to be located northwest of County Road 9 and County Road 18, subject to the following conditions: 1. Compliance with City Engineer's Memorandum. 2. Payment of park dedication fees -in -lieu of dedication in accordance with the Dedication Policy in effect at the time of Building Permit issuance. 3. Submission of required financial guarantee and Site Performance Agreement for completion of site improvements. 4. Any signage shall be in compliance with the Ordinance. 5. Any subsequent phases or expansions are subject to required reviews and approvals per Ordinance provisions. 6. All waste and waste containers shall be stored within the trash enclosure, and no outside storage is permitted. 7. An 8 1/2 x 11 inch "As -Built" Fire Protection Plan shall be submitted prior to the release or reduction of any site improvement bonds per City Policy. S. The Conditional Use Permit allows the proposed clock tower to have a maximum height of 55 ft. PLEASE SEE PAGE TWO Page two Resolution No. 87-542 • 9. Resolution No. 87-278 is hereby rescinded. 10. No wall signage shall exceed 45 ft. in height (the Ordinance maximum permitted building height). 11. Approved Variance to waive the fire lane requirement for the south and west sides of the building per the Memorandum from the Fire Chief dated duly 7, 1987.
