Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved

RESOLUTION NO. 87-522
APPOINTMENT TO BOARD OF
ZONING ADJUSTMENT AND APPEALS
WHEREAS, the Board of Zoning Adjustment and Appeals consists of seven
commissioners appointed to two year terms expiring on January 31; and
WHEREAS, one of the positions is currently vacant; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has received and reviewed applications from interested
applicants, conducted interviews and discussions regarding the most appropriate
candidates for selection;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE 1T HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Plymouth, Minnesota that it does hereby appoint Michael Porzto to the Board of
Zoning Adjustment and Appeals for a term expiring January 31, 1988.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Mayor Schneider , and upon vote being taken thereon, ItTe-

Vasiliou Zitur and Sisk e following
voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was dec—lar-ed duly passe and -adopted.
