Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 3rd day
of August , 1987. The following members were present:
Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain, Vasiliou, Zitur and Sisk
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Cram introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 87-521
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID
TYRELL 5TH ADDITION - UTILITIES AND STREETS
PROJECT NO. 737
WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for Tyrell 5th Addition; and "y
WHEREAS, bids were received, opened and tablulated according to law, and the
following bids were received complying with the advertisement:

AND, WHEREAS, it appears that Machtemes Construction of Waconia, Minnesota is
the lowest responsible bidder;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH:
1. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter
into the attached contract With Machtemes Construction in the name
of the City of Plymouth for the Tyrell 5th Addition by the
construction of sanitary sewer, watermain, storm sewer and all
necessary appurtenances and gravel base street construction in the
amount of the low bid of $102,280.20.
2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to return
forthwith to all bidders the deposits made with their bids, except
that the deposits of the successful bidder and the next lowest
bidder shall be retained until a contract has been signed.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
['nunr;lmenher Cain , and upon vote being takenthereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, CouncilMembers Crain,
Vasiliou�, Zitur and Sisk
