Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the
City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 3rd day of August , 1987. The
following members were present: Mayor Schnei erT , Zo nciImembers craln, asiliou, Zitur
and Sisk The
following me ers were absent: None
Councilmember Zitur introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 87-507
SETTING CONDITION TO BE MET PRIOR TO PUBLICATION OF ORDINANCE REZONING LAND LOCATED
NORTHWEST OF COUNTY ROAD 6 AND I-494 (1770 FERNBROOK LANE) (87030)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved an Ordinance rezoning certain land located
northwest of County Road 6 and 1-494 (1770 Fernbrook Lane) from FRO (future restricted
development) District to IP (planned industrial) District in conjunction with approval
of Final Plat for Wagner Addition for Wagner Spray Tech;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does direct the Final Plat for Wagner Addition to
be filen Nith Hennepin County prior to the publication of said Ordinance.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Sisk , and upon vote being taken thereon, the o ow ng
voted In favor thereof: a or Schneider, Counclimembers Crain, Vdsiliou, Zitur and
