Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a �re uIar� meeting of the City Council of the
City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 3rd day of August , 1987. The
following members were present: Ma or Schnei er�ouncilmembers Crain, asillou, Zitur
and Sisk The
following mem ers were absent: None
Mayor Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 87-506
AUTHORIZING REDUCTION OF SITE PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE FOR U-DO-CARWASH (85109)
WHEREAS, a Site Plan for U-Do-Carwash located at 14440 28th Place was approved under
City Council Resolution No. 85-974; and,
WHEREAS, the developer submitted the required Site Performance Guarantee in the form of
Letter of Credit in the amount of $32,500.00; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council on January 12, 1987, under Resolution No. 87-49 authorized
the reduction of the Letter of Credit to $2,500.00; and,
WHEREAS, upon notice from the developer, City staff has inspected said site and has
determined all Improvements have been made except for winter survivability of 4
Colorado Spruce trees;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize the reduction of the Letter of
Credit No. MBP 103186 in the amount of $2,500.00 which was submitted to guarantee site
improvements for U-Do-Carwash located at 14440 28th Place, to $400.00.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the foilow ng
