Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a reitu I a r meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth. Minnesota was held on the 3rd day of
August , 1987. The following members were present: MaXor Schneider,
Councilmembers Grain, Yasiliou. Zitur and Sisk

Councilmember Crain introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 87- 505
CHANGING NAME OF FINAL PLAT OF
POWELLS FIRST ADDITION TO
POWELLS ADDITION (87049)
WHEREAS, the City Council approved Resolution Nos 87-447 and 87-448 on July 6.
1987, approving the Final Plat and Setting Conditions to be met before the
filing of the Final Plat for Powells First Addition; and
WHEREAS, the Developer has learned that this name was changed by the surveyor
without his knowledge based on a suggestion from the Hennepin County Surveyor;
and
WHEREAS, the Developer has requested the name of the addition be changed to
Powells Addition;
NOW, THEREFORE. BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MIi1NRSOTA: That it should and hereby does change the name
included within the previous approvals for Powells First Addition to
Powells Addition; and
FURTHER, that all references within the previous resolutions, Development
Contract and Plat be changed to Powells Addition.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain,

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly
